According to "Nanjing Engineering Technology Research Center Management Approach", Nanjing Science and Technology Commission will declare the establishment of the Municipal Engineering Technology Research Center for acceptance for NOVA in 2012. After the first trial, expert review and on-site verification procedures, NOVA declared the intelligent logistics system engineering and technology center ", after evaluation and formally recognized for municipal engineering technology research center.
We should further strengthen the improvement of central management mechanism to increase R & D investment, strengthen personnel training, accelerate technological innovation, and continuously improve the level of R & D and service of engineering which playing a supporting role for business and industry technology innovation.
