After-sale Service
1. Our company is equipped with a professional installation team and an after-sale-service
department, especially to be in charge of installation and after-sale service for various
kinds of racking.
2. Warranty period of our products is 10 years ( Quality guarantee period).
Meanwhile, we also provide a One-year defects liability period.
Any quality issues may occur due to our design, production, transport, and installment
problems, we will make an instant reply and send professional staff to repair within 24
hours after we receive a valid notice for the domestic market. We will give
the solution asap for overseas markets to help solve the problem.
3. We also should be responsible for the man-made damage to the goods caused by the buyer,
but the buyer should pay for the loss and maintenance fee themselves.
4. Our company has large-scale storage of the production accessories, if the buyer has
any necessity to reform the racking, our part can supply technical service and support
accordingly.
5. If the components are worn due to abnormal and none artificial reasons, our part will
supply free service, changing the damaged components, accessories, and wearing parts as
described above.
6. One year after the compliment of the project, the buyers can engage in a particular time of
maintenance in advance according to their features of themselves. The particular term of
maintenance the buyer can put forward can be once a year, and we provide accessories at a
favorable price.
7. The after-sales service department also supplies the most immediate after-sales services.
